Private Barn rental
Sept. 28 - Oct. 27, 2024
Saturdays 10 am- 12 pm & 2-4 pm
Sundays 2-4 pm
Rental includes 2 hour rental plus 30 minute set-up and clean-up (total of 3 hours)
Special Notes
1) For Barn Rental, you are welcome to bring any additional decorations but we ask that you do not use tacks, nails, or anything that may affect the integrity of our wood plank walls.
2) NO PETS ALLOWED.
3) We do not provide any food, beverages, cups, plates, or table cloths for your party. You are welcome to bring cake and party snacks to your liking. Grills are not allowed.
4) We do not have running water or permanent restrooms in barn rental area. Port-a-potties will be made available for your use.
5) No bounce houses allowed.
6) Booking Deposit: To hold your preferred date and time, we require a $50 deposit. This deposit will be put towards to your final total.
7) Cancellations: We must receive cancellation notices at least 14 days prior to scheduled rental date. If you do not cancel 14 days prior, you will be charged for use of our Event Barn- $200.
8) Weather: We hope you have great weather for your party! Though, if there is high chance for rain, please let us know ahead of time if you would like to reschedule for another day at the farm. Our cancellation policy does bend under weather circumstances.
*No vehicles allowed in fenced in area. There is ample parking available at the top of the hill.

- Private Barn seats up to 50 guests on picnic tables.
- Barn does not have heating or air but it does have draw up doors, so you can roll them according to the weather on the day of your event.
- Barn has power plug-ins and ceiling fans.

TAble rental Details
- Tables can seat 8 adults or 10 kids comfortably.
- These tables are ideal for birthday party groups that plan on doing the hayride or corn maze.
- Tables are located just under our Shed area, close to restrooms, handicap accessible, and close proximity to ticket counter.
