Donation Requests

Thank you for interest in Strawberry Hill USA. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive each year, we are unable to guarantee all donation requests. Each request will be reviewed and if we can help, we will contact you and arrange the details. All product or gift card donation requests must be submitted online; we no longer accept verbal or written requests. If you have a letter you would like to attach you may do so on our request form.

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, but must be received at least two weeks prior to the date needed.

We receive a large number of requests and are not able to accommodate them all.

If your request has been approved, a representative from Strawberry Hill U.S.A. will contact you to arrange for donation pick up.
